Not sure why it took so long for WWE to go for the smartphone users but the good thing is that they realized that would be a good move and have launched an app for two of the most popular mobile platforms – iOS and Android. Available as a free download from Google Play and Apple App Store, the application provides a 24/7 “platform for the WWE Universe” as well as a second screen TV companion experience that activates during Monday Night Raw with live polls and content.

In addition, fans will also be able to access exclusive videos and content, and tune-in to the social media streams for every WWE Superstar and Diva. The mentioned video content is described as a “colossal library of WWE videos” containing both current and classic fights, so you’ll have a ton of entertainment watching fake fights while on the go.

The latest WWE.com news are there too, along with the ability to order tickets for local events and buy authentic WWE merchandise via WWEShop.com…
