Samsung is preparing to launch another member of its Ch@t family of devices. Like its predecessors, the forthcoming Chat S3570 is a feature phone made for folks who can’t live without a QWERTY keyboard but at the same time don’t want to spend a small fortune on a smartphone.
Specs wise, the S3570 rocks EDGE (no 3G) and Wi-Fi connectivity, QVGA landscape screen, 2-megapixel camera on the back, Bluetooth 3.0, 3.5mm headset jack and a microSD memory card slot. In terms of pre-installed software, there’s a web browser, email and IM clients, social networking apps, media player and so on.
According to PortableGear, all this will be available for some 90 EUR in the near future, with users being able to choose between the white and grey versions of the phone…
