Aside from the recently announced colors for the Galaxy S III, Samsung also has its flagship phone available in red in the U.S. That “Garnet Red” version is also heading to other places, namely Russia and India with local Sammy website already listing it.
Aside from the fresh paint job, there are no any other changes under the hood. In that sense, expect the same quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, 1GB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing one, 16GB of built-in memory, HSPA+ and Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC and a memory card slot.
As for when the red Galaxy S III will be available in Europe, we would have to guess that will happen later this year. After all, the Korean company will want to take advantage of the forthcoming holiday season to beef-up sales as much as possible. We’ll see how that goes…
