Qualcomm, the “Great and Powerful,” was Snapdragon-ing every visitor to its booth. You couldn’t turn your head not to see some solution powered by Qualcomm’s processors. At one point I even thought my oven uses a Snapdragon chip. That’s how hard they’re pushing their solutions.

And, of course, the semiconductor giant has all reasons to be happy about its business, which is booming like never before. Most handset makers (at least those which don’t make their own chips) opt for Qualcomm processors for their mid- to high-end devices. Heck, with the industry moving so fast, even the lower-end smartphones and tablets come powered by some Qualcomm chip, though not necessarily from the Snapdragon family…

But I said it enough; here’s a portion of what I’ve experienced while checking out Qualcomm’s booth. Enjoy!
