After the HTC One, Virgin Mobile Canada is inviting 5 testers to review the hot-new Samsung Galaxy S4 under its “Tester Team” program. Once again, interested individuals should submit why they’re great fit for the program and if selected, they’ll get to keep Sammy’s super-phone. I would say that’s a pretty sweet deal and something other carriers could do as well. The way I see it, it’s cheap marketing for Virgin Mobile, offering 5 devices valued at around $3,500 to get a ton of buzz. Not sure why other mobile operators and their agencies haven’t figured that out…
