Thanks to a tip from HTC’s Facebook page, it looks as though owners of the HTC One X, One X+ One S and the HTC Butterfly will be receiving a Sense 5 update. Sense 5 for those devices will be lacking BlinkFeed however, which is a feature that seems to be either loved or hated. The update should be rolling out over the next few months, but may take longer as the update needs to be approved by wireless providers before rolling out.
HTC’s Sense 5, which launched exclusively on the HTC One will delight Sense 4 users with its improved aesthetics, camera functions and lock screen. Sense 5 brings a new look that touts simplified icons and loses the 3D-rings that abound on the lock screen of Sense 4.
So keep your eyes peeled for this awesome Sense 5 update to be rolling out in the next few months!
