New rumors pointing to the existence of a 10.1 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 surfaced today, reaffirming existing rumors of a possible June release of the device.
According to Hi-Tech.mail.ru, Samsung will indeed be releasing the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, possibly at Samsung’s media event on June 20th. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is expected to have a 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 pixel display, a 1.6 GHz dual-core CPU, 1 GB of RAM, a 6800 mAh battery and 16GB or 32GB of storage, expandable via a microSD slot. The device will be running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and will sport a 3 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front facing shooter.
Pricing for the device has yet to be detailed, but with a mid-range spec sheet we can expect this device to enter the market on the lower end of the price spectrum.
