After China, the dual-SIM HTC One is coming to Russia where it will be sold at a premium — in its unlocked form, the device will sell for 29,990 Rubles, which translates into whopping $960. We know that mobile gear costs much more in the world’s largest country, but still – that’s a lot of money.
Anyway, aside from boasting a second SIM card slot, this is the same HTC One we learned to love. It rocks a 4.7-inch full HD screen, Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, Ultrapixel camera on the back and 32GB of internal storage.
Still no word whether this model will also be released in some other countries. If I were in charge at HTC, I would give my best to launch it in as many markets as possible. Yes, it could piss some carrier partners, but it could also help the Taiwanese company steal some customers from Samsung, which has been eating HTC’s lunch for the last few years.
So I’m eager to know – would you be interested in buying a dual-SIM HTC One?
