Some two weeks ago, we’ve told you about the LG Optimus L4 II and now it’s officially announced by the Korean company. As you would expect from an LG Optimus device wearing the “L4” moniker, it’s an entry-level smartphone with specs that include a 3.8-inch HVGA (320×480) IPS screen, MediaTek’s 1GHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 3-megapixel camera with LED flash on the back, and 4GB of expandable memory (with microSD cards).
A dual SIM version, simply called LG Optimus L4 II Dual, will also be released, and in the meantime this little fella’ is available in Russia and Ukraine. Interested users there are able to get it in black or white for 5,490 Rubles which translates into some $172 or 129 EUR. That, of course, is the price of an unlocked, SIM free device that you’re able to use with any network you want, sans any strings attached. No word whether/when the L4 II will be available in the West…
