It’s been a while since Motorola released a new Android smartphone, but rumors suggest the handset maker is gearing up to release a few new phones for Verizon Wireless. Evleaks originally claimed that Verizon and Motorola were working on the Droid Ultra along with the Droid Mini and the Droid Maxx. A slip on Motorola’s part may have confirmed this “Ultra” name.
As spotted by Droid-Life and others, Motorola accidentally published a dummy page (now taken down) for a new Droid Ultra phone with a Kevlar body, multiple colors and a thin profile. Speculation is all over the place, but it’s getting more and more likely that Motorola is ready to unleash a new generation of Android phones.
