ZTE Nubia Z5 Mini coming soon, at least in China

ZTE may soon unveil a mini version of the Nubia Z5, which is one of the company’s flagship devices offered in China. The Nubia Z5 is already selling in China and Nubia Z5 Mini will follow shortly, or so we think. Such a device has been recently leaked and brought to you/us by GSMinsider.

We’re not sure what kind of hardware this smaller Nubia hides under the hood, but we’re confident it’s not as powerful as its older, 5-inch brother. Moreover, it’s still not known whether this particular handset will ever be available outside of China. We would like to see more competition in all market segments in the West and are also confident ZTE wants to have its phones selling in many parts of the world. That, however, is easier said than done with operators usually standing on the handset makers’ way.

Guess we’ll have to wait and see whether something like this will happen or not. As soon as we have something new to do add, you’ll be the first to know…
