You know the drill – you buy a new phone and then you need to move all the contacts, calendars and other important information from your older device. With cloud services that’s no longer a problem, but there are still few issues here and there.
To make switching to the hot-new Moto X, the Google-owned company launched the Motorola Migrate app that will make transitioning to the new phone a pain-free experience.
Not only will your PIM data be moved to the new phone, but also your photos, videos and even SIM contacts, if you have some of them stored there.
The application is super-easy to use and will ensure you start using the Moto X as you primary phone in a record amount of time. Pretty sweet I would say. And also an app every handset maker should launch… (some vendors have their own apps like this).
