The best way to clear out the stock is to bundle old devices with some special product or service. That’s exactly what Mo’s Mobile, an independent retailer in Australia, is doing, offering one year premium subscription to the Samsung Music Hub service with every Samsung Galaxy S3 or Galaxy Note II purchase.
The premium Music Hub subscription is valued at AU$155 and it allows streaming of millions of songs on 4 compatible Samsung devices and the web. The question is – whether that money is enough to convince users to get the last year’s phone… or go for the Galaxy S4 or the upcoming Galaxy Note III, instead. Given the choice and since I don’t need all that music and would get the newer devices; what about you?
