Chinese handset maker Meizu will be unveiling its next flagship product, MX3, on September 2nd.

We’ve already talked about this device before, and as far as we know it will be one of the best Android smartphones ever made. The rumors suggest the MX3 will pack a 5.1- or 5.5-inch full HD screen, Samsung Exynos 5 Octa processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera on the back. Meizu’s own Android 4.2-based Flyme 3.0 OS will run the show.

Unfortunately though, it’s likely we won’t be able to test out this phone. Like previous Meizu devices, it will be available only in China, with few surrounding countries possibly getting it, as well. Or not. Perhaps Meizu will look what Huawei, ZTE and Oppo are doing, and offer its baby in the West. We certainly hope for more competition in the already super-competitive smartphone market…
