The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note III has been caught at the Bluetooth SIG, getting the required certification.

The phablet’s listing is everything but revealing, though we do see that it will be offered by NTT DoCoMo and we guess many other operators all around the world.

Expected to debut at the upcoming IFA in Berlin, the Galaxy Note III will likely pack a full HD screen, super-fast processor like Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, 2GB of RAM (or more?), an array of sensors and connectivity options, 13-megapixel camera on the back, a ton of built-in storage, and all other “standard for Android” goodies.

All said, it’s likely this isn’t the last time we’re hearing about the Note III as I’m sure more information will surface prior to its official launch in early September. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
