Remember that Sony Xperia Z1 f that was announced by Japanese operator NTT DoCoMo? Well the same device, which we take as the Xperia Z1 Mini, may soon be launched in other markets across the world.
The upcoming smartphone, marked as Xperia Z1s, has been caught at Sony’s website at one point but alas we can’t replicate that, so you’ll have to take the (modified) screenshot above as a proof.
Presuming this Xperia Z Mini does hit the light of day and it’s similar to Japanese Xperia Z1 f, it will boast top-notch specs in a compact form factor. Inside, it will pack Qualcomm’s fast Snapdragon 800 chip, 4.3-inch 720p HD screen, and all other bells and whistles its bigger brother, Xperia Z1, sports.
Such device would in turn make Sony the “Mini” champion of the world, leaving the HTC One Mini and Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini in dust. And would consequently help the company [Sony] regain some of its lost market share…
