Bethesda may be working on a sequel to 2012’s stealth-driven title, Dishonored. The photo above certainly has its questionable merits, but we wouldn’t be surprised if a follow-up was indeed on its way.
Dishonored received mostly positive reviews when it launched on PC, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3, and Syfy’s reality TV show Face Off even showcased the game in an episode. Hell, there’s even a Skyrim mod that allows you to obtain Dishonored powers, so if Bethesda isn’t working on a sequel, we’re guessing there are going to be a good amount of disappointed people out there.
The photo above not only hints at a possible announcement at E3 2014, but also shows what could be the reflection of the Dualshock 4 controller’s light bar for the PS4. We’re also given a hashtag that we may or not expect to see in the future, #DarknessOfTyvia.
If this turns out to be pure fakery, we still have to give it to the evildoer who is laughing at us right now. Still, we’re hoping this is in fact the real deal, as Dishonored deserves a sequel.
