It’s April Fools Day for sure, but Samsung took some time off from the jokes by announcing the next step in the company’s Galaxy Tab series, the Tab4 Series tablets. The Tab4 devices will be available in three different sizes to suit your needs. The All units tout a WXGA display, and come in 10.1 inch, 8.0 inch and 7.0 inch screen sizes. The Tab4 tablets will come pre-loaded with Android 4.4 KitKat and feature microSD card slots which can support cards of up to 64GB. As expected, the Galaxy Tab4 series will come loaded with tons of Samsung software such as Group Play, Samsung Link and WatchON.
The Galaxy Tab4 series of tablets share pretty much the same spec sheet, with the difference being screen size and battery capacity. The Galaxy Tab4 devices will come touting a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 16GB of internal storage, 1.5GB of RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat and a microSD slot that supports cards up to 64GB. The 10.1 inch version of the Tab4 totus a 6,800mAh battery while the 8 inch model sports a 4,450mAh battery.
The Galaxy Tab4 devices will be available in black and white colors, and will launch globally at the beginning of Q2 2014.
