It’s no secret that HTC is planning to launch a mini version of its One M8 flagship in the near future. Today we have the first image of this device to show you, which has the device partly hidden with a protective case. Nevertheless, you’ll get just enough details to reach to a conclusion whether this is a phone you want to buy or not.

It is said that the HTC One Mini 2 will have a 4.5-inch 720p HD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, while Sense 6.0 is running the run the show on top of Android 4.4 KitKat.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – HTC should include at least 1.5GB of RAM to make for a better user experience. Alas, the Taiwanese company doesn’t seem to be listening, and once again, Samsung will win big with its Galaxy S5 mini variant.

Anyway, we’re eager to know – how do you like the One Mini 2?
