Thanks the Zauba website, which tracks imports and exports to and from India, we (think we) know the specs of the upcoming LG G3 Mini. A few listings at Zauba seem to refer to different models of the same device that are heading to different parts of the world. All of these devices have very similar specs that include a 4.5-inch screen (most likely 720p HD), 1.2Ghz quad-core processor (Snapdragon 400), 5-megapixel main camera, 8GB of expandable storage (with microSD cards), and a 2,100 mAh battery. LTE connectivity support will also be included in some models.
We’re still guessing when LG will exactly launch the mini version of its flagship device, but chances are that will happen sooner rather than later. Perhaps they’re waiting for Samsung to “start” the trend with its Galaxy S5 Mini, or perhaps they just need more time. As usual, we’ll let you know as soon as we have something new to add.
