Android Wear was a huge part of Google’s I/O Developer Conference yesterday, with Samsung and LG announcing smartwatches powered by Android Wear. Motorola’s got a smartwatch on the way too, and they don’t want us to forget it. Motorola released an official demo video of the Moto 360, the company’s upcoming smartwatch. The Moto 360 touts a circular screen unlike the LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live which both sport square designs. The Moto 360 will release later this fall.
The demo shows us the intricate working of Android Wear, which provides Google voice search, card based notifications (think Google Now) and app notifications. Motorola hasn’t detailed pricing for the Moto 360 yet, but if other smartwatch prices are any indication, expect the Moto 360 to come with a price of anywhere from $200 to $250.
