HTC may be preparing another color version of the One M8 – black. The Taiwanese company’s flagship device is already available in silver, grey, and gold; and we expect the red and blue models to join the roster in the near future. Moreover, there’s that Harman Kardon Edition which is available exclusively from Sprint as well as the limited Captain America variant.

And now the HTC One M8 has been leaked by EVleaks. As you can see from the image above, it looks super-sexy and even reminds us on said Harman Kardon variant. Alas, it lacks the audio tech that model has.

Nevertheless, we always liked black phones AND the HTC One M8. So that device in black instantly comes to mind as IntoMobile’s all-time favorite.

Unfortunately, we’ve no idea when the black One M8 will be released. Chances are this will be a short wait since we expect to see the first Snapdragon 805-powered devices hitting the market by the end of summer. That said, we hope that the One M8 gets the update treatment in the meantime, and dump Snapdragon 801 for the more-potent Snapdragon 805 chip. Not that we have any inside information or something…
