Samsung has opened its first Galaxy Lifestyle Store in China at a landmark of Beijing, The Place. The store doubles as a demo room from where users can try out the latest Samsung gadgets, get advice from experts, and schmooze with other Samsung fans.
“We wanted to create a playground that expands the way consumers think about their mobile lives, so this Lifestyle Store is not just a retail store but a place to hang out, meet new friends and access exclusive content, together,” said Younghee Lee, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, IT & Mobile Division at Samsung Electronics.
The store consists of five areas: a Product Experience Zone, a Galaxy Lab, Galaxy Accessories, Concierge, and Galaxy Music, allowing visitors to “see, learn and experience the latest applications and products on their terms.”
When they’ve had it enough with gadgetry, customers can order a free coffee with a Galaxy Note 4, listen to new music with LEVEL, read magazines with Tab S, and even take a relaxing break. There are also a range of services and products available to extend the personal experience, including name engraving on Smartphone covers, photo frames, and personalized membership cards.
Going forward, the Korean giant will offer Lifestyle Store customers exclusive content, including in-depth lessons, pre-launched new product demos, seasonal promotions and new product launch event.
