Truphone is bringing its Truphone Local Anywhere to two additional markets – Spain and the Netherlands, in partnership with Orange and Vodafone, respectively. The two new countries join the existing markets where the Truphone Local Anywhere service is already available – Australia, UK and U.S.
There is quite a reason to cover these two countries as they combined get over 70 million visitors every year.
As you probably know from our previous posts, Truphone Local Anywhere provides customers with a single SIM card, local calling rates and a local phone number. The last mentioned is especially cool feature as not only you will save on calls but those who call you save as well.
And if you live in a place where Truphone Local Anywhere is still not available, you can still use Truphone app/service and save up to 90% on international calls. Their application is available for multiple mobile platforms, including the iPhone, Android and Symbian.
