The application is available in two flavors, one for the iPhone/iPod Touch and the other one for iPad, allowing users to work with FileMaker Pro databases while on the. You will be able to view, edit and search for information in FileMaker databases created with FileMaker Pro and hosted on FileMaker Server or FileMaker Pro.
FileMaker Go access databases residing on a Mac or PC using a local WiFi network or over the Internet (WiFi or 3G connection), with all changes being instantly updated in the hosted file.
Among the features included in the app, we find Tab controls, Quick Find, Web Viewers, External SQL Data Sources, containers, portals and even most scripts. The application works in both portrait and landscape views, automatically switching as necessary.
