Sony Ericsson had a healthy quarter with roughly 3.1 Billion Euros of sales and 25.9 million units being shipped. This increased emphasis on the mid to low end sector of the market, where all the volume is, has helped them maintain their 9% market share yet at the same time has brought the average selling price of a Sony Ericsson device to 120 Euros, 27 Euros lower than this time last year.

Expect Samsung to report their Q3 results tomorrow, LG on the 16th, Nokia on the 18th and Motorola on the 25th.
