Boost Mobile announced the addition of two new Motorola phones – Rambler and Bali, both rocking a clamshell form factor. The first of the two is a more interesting device as it doesn’t have the usual numeric keypad, but a full QWERTY keyboard making it ideal for chatting, texting and emailing. In that sense, the Rambler ships with an email client that supports access to GMail, MSN, Yahoo and other services; as well as instant messaging client for Yahoo!, AIM and Windows Live.
Both devices come with a 1.3-megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth support, GPS, media player, external display, speakerphone and a microSD memory card slot. Bali also sports external touch controls for music playback.
The Motorola Rambler and Bali will be available for purchase starting August 11th when interested users will be able to grab them for $99.99 and $149.99, respectively. And honestly, I’m not sure why Bali is a more expensive phone…
