Square-Enix’s Chaos Rings Released on the iPad with Upgrade HD Graphics

Square-Enix’s Chaos Rings debuted on the iPhone nearly 4 months ago and received critical acclaim across many outlets. Chaos Rings event secured the No.1 sales spot in 15 countries around the world. With that said, Square-Enix is set to rule the iPad RPG gaming market as Chaos Rings has now officially been released on the iPad.

Not much has changed between the iPhone & iPad version of Chaos Rings, that is, except for support of the iPad’s much larger screen as the game now supports HD graphics at a resolution of 1024×768. This is obviously a big deal as the game already looked gorgeous and played great on the iPhone, so upping the game’s graphics on the iPad makes an already very impressive game that much more appealing.

What would a newly released Square-Enix game be without a price drop in the rest of their titles on the App Store. We saw this happen when Chaos Rings was released on the iPhone a couple of months ago, and it looks like Square-Enix is keeping the price drop trend alive. Here’s a friendly little tip: If there’s a Square-Enix game that you reeeally want but don’t want to spend the premium cost, just wait until their next game release to save a couple of bucks.  Their games certainly don’t come cheap, so any little savings helps.

Here’s a list of the games that have dropped in price:
