Callpod, the company we know for their unique mobile phone accessories, announced the new version of Keeper app for the latest Android smartphones such as the Motorola Droid X, Droid 2 and HTC Incredible. As you may know from our previous article on Keeper, it’s a security app that safely stores and encrypts sensitive data such as passwords, financial, business and personal information. In addition to Android, it’s also available for other platforms — including iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad), BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Symbian.

Keeper is available as a free download from the Android Market, providing users with password management and ability to keep their other information safe and secure with encryption as approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (128-bit AES cipher). There are also premium features, available for $29.99/year, which will make your mobile app sing along the Keeper desktop software.

To download Keeper on your Android smartphone, simply search for it in the Android Market…
