Evernote has updated its mobile app for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Version 3.3.10 packs several nice improvements, including:
- Improved search performance – searching for notes when your device is online is now faster, while searching for Chinese, Japanese and Korean notes within offline notebooks is more reliable.
- Better thumbnail scrolling – thanks to the better support of the Retina display, scrolling through thumbnails (when a device is in the landscape mode) is now much faster.
- Improved conflict resolution – which is especially important for those of you/us who access Evernote on different devices.
- Audio playback fixes – fixes a problem users on iOS4 devices have encountered. You will now be able to immediately listen to newly recorded audio notes.
- In addition, Evernote for iOS also comes with few under the hood changes and bug fixes, all of which should ensure for a better user experience.
And before I let you go, you should know that Evernote suggests uninstalling the app, rather than updating for it… Guess the mentioned under the hood changes are not that small after all.
