Nokia N95 8GB NAM N95-4 on RogersAll hail the mighty Nokia N95 8GB! With it’s high quality German optics and that huge 8GB of onboard storage, the Nokia N95 8GB is a big winner for Nokia’s high-end lineup. Well, it’s at least a huge success in Europe. North American, not so much.

Well, it looks like Nokia isn’t satisfied with taking the rest of the world by storm as the North American continent rests safely in ignorance. Nokia has launched the Nokia N95 8GB in Canada on Rogers Wireless. As expected, the Canadian Nokia N95 8GB is basically the same a the Nokia N95 8GB NAM (Nokia N95-4), and gives Rogers the pleasure of beating US wireless carrier-giant to the punch in rolling out the N95 8GB in North America.

Canadians can expect to shell out a considerable $399.99 with a three-year activation and a subscription to Rogers Vision Unlimited On-Device Mobile Browsing Plan. Of course, the device is available unlocked from Nokia, but you’ll be paying out the nose for the privilege of using the device in your GSM market of choice.

AT&T customers looking forward to a subsidized Nokia N95 8GB will have to wait a bit longer.
