A quick update for all the iPhone users out there with Twitterrific on-board. A few days ago, the good folks at The Iconfactory updated their uber-popular Twitter client.
While the update isn’t a major one, this latest version does pack quite a few new settings. The updates include:
- Fixes to reduce API server errors
- Added support for Instagram, plixi, and step.ly
- Support for new links to tweets and screen names
- Dark theme restored as default setting
- Improved OAuth timestamp check
So there you have it. If you want to upgrade, simply pop open the App Store, tap the updates tab, and off you go. If you’ve never heard of or used Twitterrific before, I suggest you give it a look. It’s one of the better Twitter clients out there for iOS without a doubt… and if you don’t believe me, the app won Macworld’s 2010 App Gems Award for Twitter client of the year.
