T-Mobile tops JD Power rankings in wireless customer service again

T-Mobile might happily be the underdog in terms of the four largest carriers in the U.S., but it’s certainly fighting its way to the top. As a solid foundation to its efforts, T-Mobile is making sure its wireless customers are happy, and for the second time in a row, it topped the JD Power and Associates Wireless Customer Care Performance Study again.

The study takes into consideration the automated system you’re hit with when you make a call, actual humans on the phone or the customer service reps in T-Mobile retail stores. Overall, customers are generally pleased with their experiences, more so than those on AT&T, Verizon or Sprint.

In addition to delivering excellent customer service, T-Mobile is pumping up its HSPA+ network to boost even faster download speeds. The carrier also looks like it’s going to have a pretty decent line-up of smartphones and tablets for this year, so things are looking up.
