With the 2011 Formula 1 season underway, I found myself doing some quick searching around the App Store this evening for some F1 goodness. What I turned up was a little bit of goodness from the folks at ESPN.
The ESPN F1 iPhone app brings all the Formula 1 news you can handle… and best of all, it’s a free download. Not only will you get the news, you’ll get access to the race calendar, circuit maps, histories, live commentaries (during races), and all sorts of detailed info on the drivers, teams and more.
If you’re a Formula 1 fan, this is pretty much a must download.
There’s also a ‘countdown clock’ to the next race, handy if you’re jonesing for your next F1 fix. All-in-all, for the price (free), you really can’t go wrong with this one. If you dig Formula 1 as much as I do (or maybe more?), then you might as well give it a try. iTunes link is below for your downloading pleasure.
