Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is now available for pre-ordering on Amazon UK. The online retailer lists August 11th as the shipping date which is less than one week from today. The price, you ask? It’s 605 GBP for the 3G + Wi-Fi version of the device with unspecified amount of built-in storage (we hope it’s 32GB). It’s still pretty expensive but I guess something’s gotta give if you want to have one of the sexiest tablets announced to date. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 is one of my personal top picks – it’s not too bulky (like 10.1-inch models), making it easy to carry around.
Now we hope other carriers (and third-party mobile phone retailers) will pick it up too and eventually offer this awesome piece of technology for less on a contract. Can’t wait to grab one. 😉
In addition, now that the UK launch is imminent, I would assume other countries throughout the Europe will follow within the next couple of weeks…
