Mobile social gaming company OpenFeint has a new CEO – Naoki Aoyagi (pictured above), replacing co-founder Jason Citron who will pursue new opportunities.
Naoki joins OpenFeint from parent company GREE where he joined in 2006. He has almost 10 years of experience in financial operations and management in the technology, media, telecom and internet sectors, including 4 years at Deutsche Bank.
Commenting on his appointment, Naoki Aoyagi said: “In just over 24 months, OpenFeint has grown to over 120 million users across 7,000 games. I thank Jason for his leadership growing the company and wish him well in his new adventures. I’m excited to lead OpenFeint through its next phase of growth.”
