Acer will be launching a Windows Phone Mango-based device called Allegro in Europe at some point “before Christmas.” According to Telecompaper, the Taiwanese company will ask 299 EUR for the new phone, which BTW looks as the W4 we’ve seen before (and which is pictured above). Specs wise, it will come with a single-core processor under the hood, 3.6-inch WVGA screen, HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS and a 5-megapixel camera.

In the other Acer news, they said that the Liquid Mini Ferrari Edition will also sell for 299 EUR. This little fella’ is everything but Ferrari under the hood, rocking a somewhat dated single-core 600MHz processor. Moreover, it also sports a 3.2-inch HVGA display, 5-megapixel camera, 8GB of internal memory, while Android 2.3 Gingerbread is running the show. When it comes to availability, the Acer Liquid Mini Ferrari will to be released before the end of the year.
