To commemorate the victory of Samsung Lions Baseball Team in Korean Series Championship, the Korean tech giant launched a special version of its 10-inch tablet. The new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Lions Special Edition will be available to the fastest 150 fans of the baseball team, who will also get a ball and Lions kit as part of their purchase.
Aside from the Lions logo engraved on the back, this special edition remains the Galaxy Tab 10.1 at its core. In that sense, there’s Wi-Fi connectivity (what about 3G?), 3.2-megapixel camera on the back, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 1280×800 pixels touchscreen, dual-core processor, ton of built-in storage and a memory card slot.
At the moment, Samsung is taking pre-orders online and will also sell the Lions-branded tablet in D’light shops…
