After successful launch on the iOS platform, GreatCall — the company that we know for their super easy to use JitterBug phones — is launching the MedCoach app in the Android Market. If you haven’t read our previous post you should know this application is designed to make medication management easy for everyone.

Available as a free download, it will track adherence to the prescribed schedule, and connect to the pharmacy when it’s time to refill a prescription. In other words, MedCoach helps users remember to take the right medications at the right time – every day.

Then there’s 24/7 access to live, personal assistance via email to GreatCall’s HIPAA compliant customer support team.

Finally at any time you can get help by shaking the phone – a help “bubble” will apear on the screen specific to the topic being read.

So if you need something like this (and we hope you really don’t need it), hit the link below to grab MedCoach from the Android Market.
