Let’s say you live in Canada and want to grab the sexy new Samsung Galaxy S III. Moreover, let’s presume you don’t want to put your signature on a 2 or God forbid 3 year carrier contract, and would rather get the device sans any strings attached. You may be wondering how much the major operators will be asking for Sammy’s flagship smartphone without a signed customer agreement?

While we don’t have all the answers, we do know how much 3 of the leading operators will charge.

From what we’ve learned, TELUS has the worst price, apparently planning to ask $679.99 for the 16GB and $749.99 for the 32GB model. On the other hand, Bell and Virgin Mobile will have a slightly better offer, with 16GB model selling for $599.95 and 32GB one for $649.95.

Of course, this is everything but official and as far as we know prices could change quickly. We’ll make sure to keep our eyes wide open and let you know as soon as we hear something new on this. Stay tuned in the meantime…
