Visage Mobile released a somewhat intriguing infographic titled “Dirty Little Secrets” that deals with wasted mobility spending. The company used its “Mobility Central” platform and carrier data from 450 companies in 21 different industries to compile data for both Corporate Liable and Individual Liable devices. The highlights include:

  • 10% of downloads by enterprise employees consist of “adult-oriented services” like the SexyCougar and Mobile Love apps.
  • “Sexy and I Know It” by LMFAO reigns supreme as the #1 most popular ringtone downloaded by enterprise employees (and paid for by their employers). Adele’s “Rolling in the Deep” was #2.
  • The average company spends $852,000 per year on their wireless bills, and more importantly, spends $107,000 per year on unnecessary wireless costs

Here’s the infographic depicting that and some other information, and you can get additional information from here.
