After the United States where LG Optimus L9 is available from T-Mobile USA, the Korean company is bringing its mid-end smartphone to Europe. At the moment, interested customers in Germany can grab the unlocked device from Amazon, which is offering it for 299 EUR (about $384). Both black and white versions are available and I guess it’s a matter of days (or weeks) when some carrier adds the Optimus L9 to its portfolio and starts offering it for free on contracts. Moreover, I would expect that after Germany, LG brings its baby to other European countries. With the holiday season starting any day now, it’s a safe bet we’ll see the phone hitting store shelves throughout the continent soon.
Again, the L9 comes with a 4.7-inch qHD screen, dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz, 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing one, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 2,150 mAh battery and a microSD memory card slot.
