Cloud-based customer support platform Freshdesk unveiled MobiHelp SDK for iOS developers, allowing them to improve customer support within mobile applications. On the other hand, customers get the option to complain about some feature and ask for improvement/change rather than (just) giving an app a bad review in the AppStore.

Freshdesk MobiHelp SDK is free and its integration is seamless, taking just a single line of code. The system converts each user feedback into support tickets where developers can mark status and manage their progress. Further, MobiHelp automatically pulls in the user’s app and device ID so that developers receive fine-grained details about the user’s environment.

All said, we would like to see something like this integrated in as many apps as possible so we could actually influence developers to add features we need, fix annoying bugs and/or tweak some of the existing functionalities.

Here’s the video to get a better perspective how MobiHelp works, and you can get additional information from here.
