According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Apple is preparing to launch two new iPhone models this year. One model will likely land this summer and will target the high-end market. It’ll feature a metal shell and will replace the iPhone 5 in Apple’s handset lineup.
The other model is the rumored low-cost iPhone that analysts have been speculating about for years. This model will land later in the year and will feature a non-metal outer shell that’ll be available in a variety of colors. It’ll look like an iPhone, but will mimic the colorful design of Apple’s iPod nano and the latest iPod touch.
