Looks like China Mobile will be offering an improved version of the Oppo Find 5, one that will sport faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz. In comparison, the existing model — which is now available in Europe and North America — comes with last year’s Snapdragon S4 Pro.
Oppo has already started accepting pre-orders for this updated version marked as Find 5 TD. That “TD” part means this model is specially made to sing along the world’s largest carrier’s TD-SCDMA 3G network and will not work in other parts of the world… at least you won’t be able to get 3G download/upload speeds.
Rest of the specs are unchanged and include 2GB of RAM, 5-inch full HD screen, 13-megapixel Sony Exmor camera on the back and so on. We’ve no idea whether Oppo plans to bring this improved version to the West, but if that happens – you’ll be the first to know. Stay tuned in the meantime, k?
