AT&T's LG G2 clears the FCC?

Looks like the FCC boys and girls just got their hands on AT&T’s version of the LG Optimus G2. Yeah, it’s kinda unfair they get to play with latest toys before the rest of us, but hey – that’s life.

A device marked as LG F801 clearly resembles LG’s next flagship and if it’s not the G2, we’re not sure what it is. Volume buttons are on the back and there’s a 5.2-inch full HD screen – so it’s gotta be the G2. In addition, we know this bad boy will also rock the super-fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, LTE connectivity support, 13-megapixel rear camera and a ton of built-in storage, all packed into a super-thin body — which is so thin that LG had to put volume buttons on the back.

It is said that the Korean company will officially unveil its first “G” phone (without the Optimus brand) on August 7, which is like two weeks from today. We’re getting impatient to try it out. How about you?
