11% of Americans use a cell phone as their primary means on communication according to Engadget. That number has to be bullshit. None of my friends in college have a land line. None. If you extrapolated that figure to include all college kids then you’re looking at higher than 11 points. Don’t forget about the drug dealers and illegal immigrants who use pay-as-you-go plans since they want to stay off the grid, literally. I’m thinking the correct figure should be at least 20%.
