Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Mini in works?

File this under “early rumors,” but Samsung may extend its “Mini” line to the Galaxy Note series.

The information about something like this is coming from Zauba, which is a website that tracks imports and exports to and from India. One shipment from Delhi Air Cargo features a pair of Samsung devices with model number SM-P601.

And this model is pretty close to SM-N601 that was discovered a month ago, and which was thought to be a Galaxy Tab 10 successor. However, the newly found device has a 5.25-inch screen making it ideal for any “Mini” version of the Galaxy Note 3.

This, of course, is just a speculation and we may be looking at an upcoming member of the Galaxy Mega series, but we gotta wonder whether the Korean giant will launch a smaller Note phone. Add to this the ever growing number of Galaxy devices and you can tell something like this isn’t out of reach for Samsung. As I’m writing this, there’s a Galaxy phone with screen sizes ranging from 4- to 5.9-inch. Another phablet in the line-up sounds pretty darn feasible; what do you think?
