Samsung is making no bones about the fact that they are bringing a Galaxy Gear successor to the masses in 2014. Thanks to a tweet from @SamsungMobileUK, we now know that a new smartwatch or wearable device will be announced in 2014. What it will look like and do is a whole other matter entirely.

@SamsungMobileUK‘s tweet shows a picture of the Galaxy Gear with 2013 printed underneath it. Next to the picture of Galaxy Gear is a blank space and the words, “What’s next?” with 2014 underneath. The tweet includes the text, “What do you want Samsung to unveil in 2014?”

With CES slated to begin just next week, there’s a chance that Sammy will unveil a new wearable device then. The timing of the tweet seems to suggest so. We know that many other companies such as Pebble and Archos and Sony will unveil smartwatches and activity trackers at the event.

So, back to Sammy’s question: what would you like to see from Samsung in 2014? Let us know in the comments.
