Huawei has started rolling out Android 4.4 KitKat update for the Ascend P6 in China. Initially, it’s China mobile’s version that will get the goodies, with other variants likely to follow shortly.
Aside from the Android version bump, we would also think there are some updates to Huawei’s own software included. While we don’t have the full changelog, we did hear what users are talking about. According to this article at GizChina, those who have tested the update say it is very smooth and stable.
That’s something to look forward to. Hopefully the Chinese company will launch the new software to users all around the world in the next few weeks. We’ll let you know when we hear it is hitting Europe; stay tuned in the meantime…
